I fell in love with Grinnell when I visited campus and saw all the academic and athletic opportunities I’ve dreamed of. The swim team here is so friendly and engaging and the remoteness of Grinnell seems to bring everyone together. Go Pioneers!
I really enjoyed my visit to Lake Forest College. It had a sense of great community, and I immediately felt very comfortable. It was welcoming, and the academics are top notch. The coaches were very enthusiastic and made me feel like I was already part of the team. The coaches were very supportive when I was making my decision of where I should go. The swimming facility was awesome, and the staff was friendly. I feel like I will excel as a student and a swimmer at Lake Forest. Academically, Lake Forest has all the courses I would consider exploring. The staff is welcoming and kind. I visited a few other schools, but after my visit, I knew Lake Forest was a perfect fit for me. I can't wait to start in the fall!
With stellar academics, close-knit student body, and unbelievably dedicated professors, it's hard to find a fault with the school of Grinnell. Amazing coaching staff, a fantastic pool, and great teammates only round out Grinnell from the athletic side. I'm proud to become a Grinnellian in the fall. Go Pioneers!
I chose Lake Forest because it has a welcoming atmosphere where I can work hard to pursue my goals and enjoy the next four years of college. My experience visiting the campus and meeting the coaches was awesome, and I feel like there will always be someone around to have my back, in and out of the pool. I'm looking forward to becoming a Forester next year!
When I first visited lake forest, I instant got a sense that i was welcome there. The place felt like home and that's where I wanted to be. I really wanted to go for a degree in nuclear physics/ QED and that was one of the many things that I could do there. Between the amazing community; swim team. As well as the kinds of programs I was offered, it was almost as if I couldn't say no!
I have committed to Lake Forrest because of the great academics and swim team! Everybody was kind and welcoming. The campus was amazing and hanging out with the swim team on my visit was a blast. Lake Forrest was the best fit for me and I am excited to attend and compete next year!
I chose Lake Forest College because of their commitment to their students both academically and athletically. When I visited campus I felt right at home. I can't wait to continue my swimming career as a Forester! Go Foresters!
I chose Lake Forest College because it offers everything I look for in a college. I am able to continue my swimming career while receiving a great education. I like how the campus is close to Chicago for internships, but far enough from the city that it feels homey. I also love that I will be able to be involved in both music and athletics without giving up either. I look forward to continuing my education, swimming, and music careers at Lake Forest College.
I chose Lake Forest College because of so many different factors. Coach Tashlitsky has been so kind to me and has been so helpful in the recruitment process. The team seems like an amazing group of people and I'm so excited to swim with them for the next four years. Plus, the school is absolutely perfect. The campus is beautiful, the professors are great, and everyone is so welcoming. I'm so excited to spend my next four years at LFC, Its going to be an great experience. Go Foresters!!
I chose Lake Forest College because of the tight knit family atmosphere that the team showed during my visit and that Coach Tashlitsky, Coach Hoeper, and Coach Korth all went out of their way to make me feel at home while on campus. The new science center under construction is an exciting touch as I will be majoring in biochemistry. I can't wait to be competing for Lake Forest for the next 4 years! Go Foresters!
The college size, and class sizes, which can help me be more interactive with the professors. The campus is nice and cozy as all the building are within walking distance. The abilities to continue with swimming and potential to improve with coach Goggans.
