Parking for spectators/swimmers should be done at the 701E M.L.K. Jr Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28202 Parking lot. Those who try to park at the front of the facility will be turned away and redirected to 701E M.L.K. Jr Blvd parking. The education lot becomes available after 5:00pm on weeknights! Please plan to park after 5pm.
Team busses are not permitted to park in the front of MCAC for any reason!! We are not responsible for any vehicles that are towed by MCAC due to not parking in the designated location(s)!!!
Tickets will be available from Hickory Ridge's TicketSpicket page only. Tickets will not be sold at the door. Tickets are digital-only! Sports passes will not be accepted. Tickets for this event must have been purchased for entry.

Heat Sheets will be available in the main lobby for $5.00 ea. We intend to accept cash+card for heat sheets (please be prepared for cash only!), please bring exact change if paying in cash!
This meet will be conducted under the Championship Protocol to emulate as close as an experience to Regionals that we can provide.
Championship Protocol states that if a swimmer misses their event, they are out of all their events for the remaining meet. This includes relays.
Coaches, please make sure your team is aware of this change in rules from our regular-season meets.
Teams/Athletes MUST inform the meet referee if they will not be participating in an event before it begins. This will be recorded as a "Declared False Start" (DFS) in the meet results and the athlete(s) will remain eligible to compete in other events during the remainder of the meet.
If they do not inform the referee, they will not be eligible to swim the remainder of the meet. (See Championship Protocol Section Above)
All scoring will be on a sixteen (16) place basis for Championship Meet.
