With conference championships right around the corner roughly half of all Division III programs were in action. Leading the way were Amherst breaststroker Emily Hyde and Westminster's Mitchell Stahara. who have been named TeamUnify / CollegeSwimming.com Division III National Swimmers-of-the-Week for performances January 25-31, 2016.
Emily Hyde tallied three individual wins to lead #13 Amherst to wins over 46 Springfield & #7 MIT. Meanwhile Mitchell Stahara
sent retiring #27 Westminster head coach Rob Klamut out with a win against PAC rival Grove City. The defending 200 Freestyle champion in the PAC, Stahara went six-for-six on the weekend.

- Weekly results submitted to CollegeSwimming.com each Monday morning by 8:00 AM EST
- The number of individual and relay event wins in a given weekend
- The strength of each swim (using CollegeSwimming.com's Point Values)
- Team outcome (i.e. win or loss)
