MSU-Moorhead Releases Schedule

The Minnesota State University Moorhead women's swimming and diving team has announced its schedule for the upcoming season. The Dragons are slated for 13 events this winter.
 
The Dragons begin the season at home for the Alumni Meet on Oct. 8 in the MSUM Pool. MSUM hits the road the next week for their first away meet with St. Cloud State, Northern Michigan, and Northern State University in Marquette, Mich. On Oct. 14-15.
 
After the first road trip the Dragons return to the MSUM Pool for the Northern State Dual on Oct. 21. Two days later, on Oct. 23, MSUM competes at the University of Mary Dual in Bismarck, ND. The Dragons finish out October with the Augustana Dual at home on Oct. 29. MSUM opens up November at the Concordia Dual on Nov. 4.
 
The Dragons hit the road for the next two months with stops at the St. Thomas Invite in St. Paul, Minn. on Nov. 11-12, the Mankato Dual on Nov. 18 in Mankato, Minn., before finishing November out at the Gustavus Invite in St. Peter, Minn. on Nov. 19.
 
MSUM takes to the pool one last time before finals at the Rochester Invite on Dec. 2-4 in Rochester, Minn.  The Dragons then head south to Puerto Rico to participate in the Copa Coqui in San Juan on Jan. 3 to begin 2017. After a two-month hiatus the Dragons return home for their regular-season finale at the annual Dragon Invite on Jan. 13-14.
 
The Dragons then head to the NSIC Championships to be held in Rochester, Minn. On Feb. 7-10. If any Dragons qualify for the national meet, it will be held on March 7-11 in Birmingham, Al.
