"I chose Lake Forest College as the place to start my next journey in life. From the day I applied to the day I committed, the coaches and counselors have been nothing but supportive and helpful. I feel the small school setting will help me not only excel as a student but also as a teammate and classmate. I cannot wait to start working with Coach Tashlitsky and Coach Finn next year, as I believe they will be great leaders for me not only in the pool but out of the pool as well."

I chose Lake Forest College because I'll be given the opportunity to thrive in the classroom and contribute in the pool. From the moment I walked on the beautiful campus for the first time, I fell in love with it and all of the amazing students who made me feel warm and welcome during my visit. My future teammates taught me that you can always have a good time while also working hard. I'm especially excited to begin the next chapter of my swimming career with Coach Tashlitsky, someone that I know I can trust to help me grow as both a student athlete and as a human being. I'm super pumped and I can't wait to be a Forester in the fall!

From the moment I arrived on this beautiful campus, many incredible people made me feel welcome. Future teammates showed me the balance of work and fun, and Coach Tashlitsky also stands out as someone who understands the importance of growing both as a swimmer and a person. I am excited about doing both at LFC and look forward to being a Forester!

I chose Lake Forest College because I found the school to have a great small learning environment where students and staff were extremely welcoming. The team has high rankings in the Midwest Conference and provides an opportunity for me to better myself as an athlete. Coach Tashlitsky and Coach Korth have taken a genuine interest in me as a swimmer and as a student and have made me feel like a crucial part of the upcoming team. I look forward to attending Lake Forest and swimming with the team next fall.

I fell in love with Grinnell when I visited campus and saw all the academic and athletic opportunities I’ve dreamed of. The swim team here is so friendly and engaging and the remoteness of Grinnell seems to bring everyone together. Go Pioneers!

I really enjoyed my visit to Lake Forest College. It had a sense of great community, and I immediately felt very comfortable. It was welcoming, and the academics are top notch. The coaches were very enthusiastic and made me feel like I was already part of the team. The coaches were very supportive when I was making my decision of where I should go. The swimming facility was awesome, and the staff was friendly. I feel like I will excel as a student and a swimmer at Lake Forest. Academically, Lake Forest has all the courses I would consider exploring. The staff is welcoming and kind. I visited a few other schools, but after my visit, I knew Lake Forest was a perfect fit for me. I can't wait to start in the fall!

With stellar academics, close-knit student body, and unbelievably dedicated professors, it's hard to find a fault with the school of Grinnell. Amazing coaching staff, a fantastic pool, and great teammates only round out Grinnell from the athletic side. I'm proud to become a Grinnellian in the fall. Go Pioneers!

I chose Lake Forest because it has a welcoming atmosphere where I can work hard to pursue my goals and enjoy the next four years of college. My experience visiting the campus and meeting the coaches was awesome, and I feel like there will always be someone around to have my back, in and out of the pool. I'm looking forward to becoming a Forester next year!

When I first visited lake forest, I instant got a sense that i was welcome there. The place felt like home and that's where I wanted to be. I really wanted to go for a degree in nuclear physics/ QED and that was one of the many things that I could do there. Between the amazing community; swim team. As well as the kinds of programs I was offered, it was almost as if I couldn't say no!

I chose Lake Forest College because it offers everything I look for in a college. I am able to continue my swimming career while receiving a great education. I like how the campus is close to Chicago for internships, but far enough from the city that it feels homey. I also love that I will be able to be involved in both music and athletics without giving up either. I look forward to continuing my education, swimming, and music careers at Lake Forest College.
