The Milligan men's swimming program has added Preston Davis of Elizabethton High School in Elizabethton, Tennessee. Davis comes to Milligan as a sophomore after transferring from East Tennessee State University (Johnson City, Tenn.) and Northeast State Community College (Blountville, Tenn.), and has been swimming since he was four years old. Davis is the son of Chris and Kristi Davis, plans to major in business administration at Milligan, and was awarded first place in business law and in digital design and promotion from The Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda.
Coach Kelly Chism said of Davis, "We are excited to have the opportunity to work with a swimmer who has a history of training with nationally known coaches. We feel that Preston's personality perfectly fits our team as well as his morals. We look forward to training him and hopefully coaching him to a nationally competitive level in regard to being a part of our relays."
