This year marks the 150th meeting of Lehigh University and Lafayette College in football, one of the fiercest rivalries in college sports and certainly the most played in college football history. To celebrate the history of this rivalry, the game will be held in Yankee Stadium on November 22, 2014.
The Lehigh vs. Lafayette swim meet, also rich with history in its own right and traditionally held the Friday evening before the football game will be held this year in the beautiful 50 meter facility at Lehman College approximately four miles from Yankee Stadium beginning at 4:00 PM November 21, 2014. Olympic Games swimming commentator Rowdy Gaines will be manning the broadcast booth for the live webcast on the Patriot League Network that will be simulcast with the meet. Limited tickets will be available for purchase, but all can watch on the Patriot League Network as Lehigh and Rob Herb's Mountain Hawk squad take on Lafayette and Jim Dailey's Leopards in one of the most intense and highly celebrated college swimming rivalries.
