Brooks Doughtie joined the Guilford College Quakers in May of 2023 becoming the head coach of the women's swim and women's triathlon programs. Prior to joining Guilford College, Doughtie was an assistant swim coach for William Peace University from 2022-2023. Doughtie spent 3 years club swim coaching for YOTA swim team in Raleigh, NC as an assistant coach. Doughtie led the N.C. State Triathlon Club team from 2012-2015 and 2018-2019, helping them finish in the top 3 in the MACTC standings for the 1st time ever. Doughtie began his coaching career in 2008, coaching triathlon and endurance athletes under his coaching business, All Out MultiSport.
