Southern Connecticut Women, Bentley Men Ahead After Day 2 of Northeast 10 Champs

The Southern Connecticut women's team and the Bentley men's team have narrow leads following Day Two of the 2017 Northeast-10 Conference Two NE10 Swimming & Diving Championships. The two programs are looking to put an end to long-standing streaks by the Assumption women's team and the Southern Connecticut men's team.

The Owls' women's team (320 total points) through 14 total events has a slight lead on the three-time defending champion Greyhounds (316 points). First-place performances from So. Connecticut junior Sydney Fromkin, senior Katherine Crochet and the 400 medley relay led the way for the team on day two of the NE10 Championships on Friday.
