Indiana's Lilly King unleashed one of the most dominant performances in NCAA women's swimming history with an epic 56.30 in the 100-yard breast at the Big Ten Championships.
King, who already owned the American and Big Ten record with a 56.85 from last year's NCAA meet, also blasted her own meet (57.35) and pool (57.46) records in the event.
