Texas', Clark Smith earned the award for the second time in his career (December 8, 2015) as did Dion Dreesens (Queens-NC). Andrew Wilson is back at Emory following a year training for the Olympic Trials. Wilson became the first Emory men's selectee.
As the season heats up most teams are now in action. This week CollegeSwimming selected Swimmers-of-the-Week from 56 of the nation's 75 college swimming conferences. Among those recognized was Washington & Lee's Tommy Thetford. Thetford earned his 8th CollegeSwimming Conference Swimmer-of-the-Week honor, thus tying him with Staten Island's Timothy Sweeney.
