Florida Tech had an easy day of it against Keiser on Friday afternoon with a dual meet sweep.

Florida Tech had little trouble with Keiser Friday afternoon as both the men's and women's teams easily defeated the Seahawks at the Panther Aquatic Center.
The Panthers claimed 20 of 28 events during the meet, with the men outscoring Keiser 158-103 and the women clobbering KU 160-48.
FIT started out the meet with six straight victories, with the women's 200 medley team of Dar Raz, Carter Juskevich, Rachel Barczyk and Lauren Suarez getting things started in 1:50.86. The men's squad countered with a group of Nir Barnea, Nathan Hufnagel, Victor Furtado and Edward Ilako, who won in 1:33.93.
Freshman Birgitt O'Connor won the 1,000 free, completing the 20 laps in 11:05.63, while Ferruccio Rossi timed in at 9:54.34 for the win. In the 200 free, Sam Bischoff (1:59.46) and Emanuele Rossi (1:42.41) claimed victory in their respective races.
After dropping both 50 back races, FIT regained form in the 50 breast, with Juskevich placing first with a time of 30.57. In the 100 fly, Adi Davidov's 51.29 was good enough to win the race in nearly 1.5 seconds, while Suarez (24.56) and Barnea (20.81) swept the 50 free.
Mary Ida Spradlin was the fastest swimmer in the 100 free, completing the circuit in 56.59, while Raz took the 100 back, finishing in 1:00.12.
Swimming unopposed, Juskevich timed in at 1:06.73 in the 100 breast, with Hufnagel earning a win in the men's version on the race with a time of 59.04. Neta Saar was the fastest of five Panthers in the 500 free with a time of 5:18.66, while Yohann Emmert's 4:49.55 was the quickest in the men's 500 free.
Furtado won the 50 fly in 22.15, while Camden Johnston timed in at 2:00.71 to win the 200 IM. The Crimson and Gray finished out the meet with a pair of wins in the 400 free relay. For the women it was Juskevich, Barczyk, Bischoff and Trista Phelps (3:47.25), while the men's team consisted of Furtado, Emanuele Rossi, Filip Dujmic and Hufnagel (3:07.26).
FIT now turns its attention to the Panther Invitational, slated for Nov. 18-20 at the Panther Aquatic Center.
