Director of Business Development
CollegeSwimming is growing and needs someone to lead our business development team. This person will be responsible for establishing and expanding relationships with outside organizations. This will include exploring opportunities to partner and/or support other organizations in the realm of swimming and diving, other sports, licensing and more.
Applicants should have significant experience in competitive swimming and demonstrated experience or knack for sales. This could be a full or part-time position with salary, incentives and equity negotiable for the right person.
