The NC State swimming and diving team has released its competition schedule for the 2016-17 season, as announced by head coach Braden Holloway.
With strong head-to-head competition featured throughout the upcoming season, the Wolfpack will host four events inside Casey Aquatic Center along with an invitational meet in Greensboro, N.C.
"We're excited to host so many meets this year, we love our home crowd and enjoy competing in front of them. Once again we have a lot of strong competition, which will help us in preparation for our conference championships as well as NCAAs," said Holloway.
In addition to its strong home schedule the program will make trips to Georgia, Texas and Tennessee, as well as face conference competition in the Triangle area during the regular season.
The Pack's final two home meets against conference foes UNC-Chapel Hill and Virginia are tentatively slated for Jan. 27 and 28, with times still to be determined.
The season will conclude with the 2017 ACC and NCAA Championships. The women's swimming and diving and men's diving conference championships will run Feb. 15-18, followed by the men's swimming championship Feb. 22-25 in Greensboro, N.C. Both NCAA Championships will be held in Indianapolis, as the women will compete March 16-19 while the men will compete March 23-26.
