Jesse Moore will replace Brian Berg as Associate Head Women's Swimming Coach at Northwestern University.  Moore arrives in Evanston after four years at Duke University where he served as an assistant coach and director of recruiting and communincation.

Moore, along with the expansion of scholarsihps, was a key part of Dan Colella's revival of Duke.  This past year the Blue Devils landed a pair of Top-25 signees in Alyssa Marsh and Kylie Jordan.  Northwestern is coming off of an 8th place finish at the Big Ten Championships but has already secured the talents of Sophie Angus for the Class of 2017.

Moore came to Duke after previously spending two seasons at William & Mary, where he was a graduate assistant in the summer of 2010 before being promoted to the program’s assistant coach in the summer of 2011. At William & Mary, his responsibilities included overseeing the teams’ middle-distance and distance swimmers, in addition to assisting with recruiting and administrative duties.

Prior to his arrival in Williamsburg, Moore spent one season (2009-10) as the assistant coach at Drexel. During that time, the Dragons’ swimming & diving teams earned CAA championships in two events and had five student-athletes garner All-CAA recognition. The teams also broke 12 program records and had one individual post an NCAA provisional qualifying time. In addition, the men’s and women’s squads were named Academic All-American teams for the 2009-10 season.
