Weather is playing havoc with this weekend's conference championships. The Bluegrass Mountain Conference will shorten its championship meet to a three day meet, making the 500 Freestyle, 200 IM and 50 Freestyle Timed-Finals events.
With nearly half of their teams unable to fly into Atlanta, and an impending storm due to strike, the UAA will also be shortening its championship to a two-day meet this Friday and Saturday.
Meanwhile the Southern Athletic Association bbswimming championship meet is shifting its championships by a day. The SAA Championships will now take place Friday-Saturday-Sunday at the Birmingham Crossplex this weekend. There will be no shortening of the meet nor elimination of preliminaries.
