The Jayhawks host events at Robinson Natatorium, which has served as the home for Kansas swimming and diving for more than 40 years. The facility has gone through numerous upgrades throughout the years. The current structure features a six-lane 25-yard competition pool, eight-lane 25-meter pool, and a diving well. The Jayhawks also train at the Lawrence indoor and outdoor aquatic centers.
Kansas recently overhauled the swimming and diving locker room for the 2011-12 season. The revamped locker room features 32 new sit-in lockers that are 18-inches wide, with under-seat and overhead storage, redone floors with epoxy and a Jayhawk logo in the middle. A sofa and chairs will accompany the lockers to serve as a gathering place for student athletes and coaches before and after meets.
Another part of the project called for a new restroom, seven individual showers as well as a training area with an ice machine. Two swimsuit dryers as well as 14-inch vanity mirrors with under counter storage can also be found beyond the locker area.
