I have always wanted to attend a school that would challenge me both in the classroom and in the pool. Yale’s world-class education and competitive swim team seemed to offer all that and more and after going on my recruiting trip and meeting the coaches/team I was blown away by everything I saw. Go Bulldogs!!!

I chose Columbia because it has the perfect combination of athletics and academics, all while being in the wonderful and opportunistic environment of New York City. The team was very welcoming and the coaching staff was very helpful. Go Lions!

Princeton's unparalleled educational structure and devoted team made it a college that I would absolutely love to be a part of and contribute to. The awesome coaching staff, fun teammates, and excellent undergraduate focus made my choice for me--I knew wouldn't want to be anywhere else! I first and foremost want to thank my parents and grandpa Angelo for sticking with me along the way. My many coaches, but especially Coach Caleb and Mr. Rogers, deserve my utmost regards and appreciation for both their time and patience—especially their patience. Lastly, I want to keep in mind all my friends both young and old who were there for me and cheered, even when I wasn’t at my best, because they definitely kept me going. Go Tigers!!!

I’m very excited to announce, with my acceptance to Princeton University, that I will be continuing my academic and athletic career as a Tiger. Princeton’s focus on the undergraduate experience, emphasized by their impressive student faculty ratio found in every field, sold the academic side of the university. While the excellent coaching staff and competitive atmosphere between teammates sold the athletics. With the best of Princeton being exhibited, I knew it was the perfect fit. I would like to thank everyone who helped me reach this point in my life including my family, especially my grandfather, coaches, the administrators and teachers at Father Judge, and friends. Go Tigers!!!

I am thrilled to be a member of Columbia's class of 2022! I want to thank Coach Thornton for all the support during the last four years. It has been an amazing experience here in LA, and I believe that the next four years of living in New York City could be even better. I believe that the vast amount of resources Columbia has, and the support from coaches and the team, will propel me to further explore my potential. I can't wait to be part of the team! Go Lions!
