I ultimately chose Gardner-Webb University as my home for the next four years for many reasons. First, I felt that the team had a close, family-like chemistry and I was immediately enclosed in that connection. Second, the coaching staff was very close with their team and had a unique relation with each swimmer. I feel that the coaches were genuine and sincere and can take my swimming career to the next level. Lastly, despite the stereotypes I have heard about small universities, the campus had a lot of character and I really enjoyed my first experience. One of my favorite parts about the campus was the Tucker student center which had lots of activities for students to gather. I also think the smaller and more intimate class sizes will create the most prosperous atmosphere for my education.

I chose to attend NJIT because of the array of programs it offers that will greatly assist me academically as I pursue my major.  It will also give me an opportunity to swim at a collegiate level alongside a team, that I will eventually call family.  Highlanders Forever!

I chose Howard University because I really like the school and location. Also, It is my Mom's Alma Mater. Coach Askew really showed a true interest in me athletically and academically. During my visit I truly admired the cohesive family bond shared among the swimmers. Lastly, my brother attends Georgetown therefore I will only be about twenty minutes away from him. I am so humbly grateful for this wonderful opportunity.

I decided to go to Howard University because I realized that this institution would be the place where I could really grow exponentially and contribute to the team. Coach Askew makes his swimmers feel as though they always have someone supporting them, and I'm ready to be a part of a greater whole. The academics at Howard have always been held in high regard and respected! Along with the swimming, the academics will allow me to really push myself and improve in various ways. I'm incredibly excited for the next part of my journey at Howard!
