The potential for the team at Alabama is electric, and from the second I got on campus, I knew that it was something I wanted to be a part of. The coaches expect high character as well as academic excellence from their athletes in addition to their hard work in the pool. Not to mention that the resources for scholar-athletes there are second to none! I can't wait to see what God has in store for me these next four years! The only thing left for me to say is "ROLL TIDE!!!"

Alabama was recommened to me by a coach in Newcastle who had previously trained and studied there. The experience of the coaching staff is phenomenal and the training offers a variety of short course yards and long course meters, which is important to me coming from Australia. Academically the University also offered good courses for me, and I believe it is the best option in taking my swimming career to the next level.

I chose Alabama because I really liked the direction the coaches and team are heading.
