Future Golden Grizzlies Prospects, 

At Oakland University we are looking for student-athletes that can contribute to our program in more than one way. To continue our strong championship culture we are looking for the following in our prospects. 

  • Academic Achivements:
    • Above a 3.5 Weighted GPA.
    • Challenging Course Loads consisting of Honors, Dual Enrollment, APs or any other combination. 
  • Swimming Achievements: 
    • Class of 2025: Three Events Scoring Top 8 at the Horizon League Conference Championship or Summer Junior National Qualifier 
    • Class of 2026: Three Events Scoring Top 16 at the Horizon League Conference Championship or Winter Junior National Qualifier 
    • Class of 2027: Goals to Achieve Top 16 Times at the Horizon League Championships and National Qualificaiton Standards

We want to surround our program with like-minded student-athletes that want to work hard and have a lot of fun doing it. We believe at Oakland looking for these qualities within our recruits will allow us to continue to win Horizon League Titles and continue to qualify swimmers to the Division 1 NCAA Championships and Olympic Trails.
