Junior year

Conci will look to continue her success at UW as one of the fastest freestyle swimmers the Cowgirls have. She already owns school records in the 100 back, 200 and 400 freestyle relay, and the 200 and 400 medley relay.

Sophomore year

Conci played a key role in the Cowgirls success during the 2009-10 season competing on the MWC champion 200 and 400 freestyle relay teams, the third-place 400 medley relay team and placing in the top ten in three individual events. Conci helped the 200 and 400 freestyle relay teams to MWC championships and new school records, the 200 free team not only set a new school record time, but also an MWC record time of 1:30.55. In her individual events at the 2010 MWC Championships she recorded three top ten finishes, including setting a new school record and a third-place finish in the 100 backstroke with a time of 54.68. She placed fourth in the 50 free and seventh in the 100 free. Freshman: (2008-09)- Conci proved to be one of the fastest Cowgirls in the sprint freestyle and backstroke events. She wrote her name in the UW record book in both events. She is second in school history in the 50 freestyle and 100 backstroke, as well as first in the 200 and 400 medley, and 200 freestyle relays. During the season, Conci had a great dual meet against Denver. She placed first in both the 100 backstroke and 100 freestyle. At the 2009 MWC Championships, Conci placed 11th in the 100 backstroke and 12th in the 50 freestyle. She earned her first letter award at UW.

Pre college

At Moffat County High School, Conci was a captain for her team that won the state championship for their class in 2008. She holds school records in the 200 medley Relay, 200 free, 50 free, 100 free, 100 back, and 400 free relay. She also was the 50 free state champion and earned a place on the All-State team her senior year, after being honorable mention All-State her junior year. Conci was in National Honor Society, a 2-time academic letter, and 4-time scholar athlete.
