• Earned Honorable Mention All-America status after anchoring the 400 medley relay to a ninth-place finish at the NCAA Championships. • Recorded a school record in the preliminary heats of the 100 freestyle at the 2009 SEC Championships. • Finished 14th in the 50 freestyle and the 100 butterfly, and 16th in the 100 freestyle at SECs. • Named to the Freshman All-SEC Team. • Holds the school’s fourth-fastest time in the 50 free, the eighth-fastest time in the 100 backstroke and the sixth-fastest time in the 100 butterfly. • Was a part of the school record 200 free, 400 free and 400 medley relay teams. • Was named SEC Male Freshman of the Week following the UGA Fall Invitational. • Named to the Fall Semester Athletic Director’s Honor Roll.
Pre college
• Graduated from Kennesaw Mountain. • Swam for Coach Pat Murphy for Chattahoochee Gold. • Was a member of the United States National Team. • Ranked seventh in the world among 17-and-unders in the 50-meter freestyle. • Named the swimming MVP for three years.
