Career Best Times: 23.88 in the 50-yard freestyle; 50.98 in the 100-yard freestyle; 54.00 in the 100-yard butterfly (3rd in school history); 1:59.68 in the 200-yard individual medley (4th in school history); 4:27.86 in the 400-yard individual medley. General: Ranks as Carolina's second fastest 100-yard butterflier going into the 2009-10 season with a time of 54.00...she is also second on the preseason depth chart in the 200-yard IM...had a tremendous performance at the ACC Championships as a freshman ...was a member of the school record-breaking 200-yard medley relay team while also placing seventh in the 200-yard IM at ACCs with a time of 1:59.68. Long Course Highlights: Qualified for the 2008 U.S. Olympic Trials in the 200-meter IM. Swam a best time of 50.98 in the 100-yard freestyle in the prelims at ACCs and made the bonus consolation heat...swam the butterfly leg of the 200-yard medley relay that broke the school record in a time of 1:38.99 and placed fourth at ACC championships...anchored the 200-yard freestyle relay that broke the school record with a time of 1:30.24 and placed fourth at ACCs...placed ninth in the 100-yard butterfly at ACCs in a time of 54.00 which moved her into third place in school history in the event...swam the butterfly leg on the 400-yard medley relay that placed fourth at ACCs in a school record time of 3:36.79...placed seventh in the 200-yard IM after going a career best time in prelims of 1:59.68, moving her into fourth place in school history in the event...made the spring semester 2009 Dean's List...member of the 2008-09 ACC Academic Honor Roll.

Graduated from Ursuline Academy in Blue Ash, Ohio, in June 2008...swam for her high school's varsity team all four years specializing in the 50 free, 100 fly, 100 back and 200 IM...merited All-America citations 15 times during her high school career...named a Girls' Greater Cincinnati League First-Team All-Star all four years of high school...six-time Ohio state high school swimming state champion...two-time state champion in the 200-yard individual medley...honored as the GGCL Swimmer of the Year two straight years...named the 2008 GGCL Scholar Athlete of the Year...finalist for the LaRosa's MVP in 2008...captain of her high school swim team her senior year...member of the Cincinnati Enquirer's All-City Team four straight years from 2005 to 2008...received first honors all four years of high school...winner of the 2008 Ursuline Academy Centennial Spirit Award...co-president of her senior class.
