Accomplishments
- Sophomore year:
- • Competed in the 200 IM, 400 IM and 200 backstroke events at the ACC Championships
• Finished fifth in the 400 IM with a time of 4:17.25
• Placed sixth in the 200 IM (2:02.32) as one of six UVa swimmers in the final heat
• Clocked a prelim time of 1:58.93 in the 200 IM at the conference meet
Also placed eighth in the 200 back with a time of 1:57.70, but had a faster prelim time (1:57.32)
Of Note
• Ranks fifth in both the 200 back and 200 IM and eighth in the 100 back on Virginia's all-time top times list
- Freshman year:
- • Placed fifth in three events at the ACC Championships: the 100 back (56.05), 200 back (2:00.13) and 400 IM (4:22.37)
• Tallied a personal-best mark of 4:18.47 in the 400 IM during the prelims of the conference meet
• Clocked a mark of 2:04.65 in the 200 IM at the Georgia Invitational (Nov. 30)
• Recorded a time of 1:57.51 in the 200 back for another career best at the Georgia Invitational (Dec. 2)
• Olympic Trials qualifier in the 200 IM
