Accomplishments
- Freshman year:
- Competed in the 2009 U.S. Open Swimming Championships...finished 37th in the 200 back at the U.S. World Championships Trials...competed in her first career NCAA Championships placing 25th in the 200 back (1:55.35) and 53rd in the 100 back with a personal best time of 54.71...earned All-ACC honors, broke the school record and qualified for the NCAA Championships with a third-place finish in the 200 back (1:55.18) at the ACC Championships...also finished 12th in the 100 back (54.76) and 14th in the 200 IM (2:01.42) and was part of the school record breaking 800 free relay (7:10.42) at the Championships...placed seventh in the 200 back with a NCAA provisional qualifying time of 1:57.23 at the USA Short Course National Championships...also competed in the 100 back (55.72) and 200 IM (2:06.08)...All-ACC Academic Team member...ACC Academic Honor Roll team member...named a Scholar Athlete All-American by the CSCAA.

- Placed 28th in the 200 back (2:15.06) and 42nd in the 100 back (1:03.39) at the U.S. Olympic Trials...qualified for the Olympic Trials in the 200 IM...holds four Wisconsin state records in five events including the 17-18 100m and 200m backstroke events as well as the 200m IM...holds 15 club team records and was team MVP for three consecutive seasons on the Waukesha Express...qualified for U.S. Junior and Senior Nationals in the 100 and 200 back and placed as high as second in the 200 back at Junior Nationals...member of the Humans Relations Correlation which focused on diversity and equality in schools...made the Honor Roll all four years of high school...member of the Wakesha Express club team coached by Blaine Carlson.
