Katherine Crochet and Raymond Cswerko of Southern Connecticut helped the Owls to a Northeast-10 men's Championship and women's runner-up finish. The pair were named Northeast-10 Most Outstanding Swimmers and were similarly named TeamUnify CollegeSwimming National Swimmers-of-the-Week.
Crochet claimed six NE-10 titles and set a pair of conference records in the 50 and 100 freestyle. Crochet also captured the 200 freestyle and helped SCSU to wins in the 400 medley relay, 400 freestyle relay and 200 freestyle relays. Cswerko was named NE-10 Swimmer-of-the-Year for the third time. He captued the 200 backstroke and swept both IM's with a new record in the shorter version. Cswerko also had a hand in four championship relays.
At the Mid-South Championships, Christina Klouda of Cumberlands and Lucas Dengler-Harles of Lindenwood-Belleville put up results that earned them TeamUnify/CollegeSwimming NAIA Swimmers-of-the-Week awards. Klouda was named the MSC Swimmer of the Year and MSC Freshman of the Year, though Daniel Buijs was named the MSC Swimmer of the Year and MSC Freshman of the Year for his performance during the meet.
In addition to the above, seven additional swimmers were reconized as TeamUnify / CollegeSwimming Conference Swimmers-of-the-Week for their performnces from February 1-7, 2016
