The University of Florida men’s and women’s swimming and diving teams will host an invitational, face a competitive Southeastern Conference slate, and take on traditional out-of-conference powers during the 2015-16 season. Head Coach Gregg Troy compiled a schedule that includes seven dual meets and the annual All Florida Invitational in the Stephen C. O'Connell Center Natatorium.
O’DOME DOMINANCE
Both the men’s and women’s teams have enjoyed success at home over recent years. Both squads are scheduled to host four dual meets this season; squaring off against Georgia (Oct. 30), South Carolina (Nov. 6), Florida State (Jan. 2), and Auburn (Jan. 23).
The men’s team has experienced great success at home since 2010, as the Gators are unbeaten in their last 20 dual meets in the O’Dome. During that span, Florida has recorded an outstanding 20-1-1 mark in Gainesville, last falling in the 2010 season opener.
Florida’s women’s squad has posted a solid 17-4 mark over the past five seasons inside the O’Dome.
In addition to the four dual meets, Florida will also host the All Florida Invitational from September 18-20, when both teams will look to win their sixth consecutive titles.
POSTSEASON SCHEDULE
UF will travel to Mizzou for the SEC Championships, which will take place from February 16-20. Three weeks later, Gator Divers will compete at the NCAA Zone B Diving Championships in Atlanta, Georgia, from March 7-9.
The men's and women's NCAA Championships are being held in Atlanta, Georgia, this year. The women’s championships will be held from March 17-19, and the men's will run from March 24-26.

The number of 50 meter opportunities will not only prepare our athletes for the NCAA competition, but will also give them a leg up on next year’s Olympic focus. The challenges will be a great opportunity for us to improve.”
