Air Force Women Fall to New Mexico

The Air Force women’s swimming team fell to the New Mexico Lobos, 180-119, in a dual meet in Albuquerque, N.M.

Senior Kim Davis won three events for the second straight week. Sophomore Genevieve Miller won two events and was second in another.

Miller won the 1000-yard freestyle with a time of 10:36.71. Junior Sara Menke was second in the same event with a time of 10:40.03

Air Force swept the 200-yard freestyle as Davis won the event (1:52.63) while Miller was second (1:54.18) and Menke was third (1:55.22). Davis also won the 200-yard breast stroke (2:21.17) and the 200-yard IM (2:08.21)

Miller won the 500-yard freestyle (5:06.35) while Menke was second (5:08.43). Freshman Jinan Andrews was second in the 100-yard freestyle (53.35)

In diving, junior Jessica Horn won the one-meter with (236.48) and the three-meter (246.45).
