Drury Returns to Top of Division II Ranking

Drury University, the defending NCAA Division II Champions returned to competition last week and appear well-positioned for another title run.    The Panthers occupy the top spot in the latest Endless Pools/ CollegeSwimming.com Division II rankings.  The rankings cover meets from December 30-January 26.

Drury's return to competition knocked the UC-San Diego women and Indianapolis men to second respectively.  A head-to-head matchup produced the number three programs - Queens University of Charlotte ranked third in the women's Top 25 with Wingate ranking third on the men's side.  California Baptist and Wayne State each dropped two spots to fourth and fifth in the women's ranking while Queens and Wayne State rounded out the men's top five.

The Endless Pools/CollegeSwimming.com Rankings are the only objective ranking of swimming for NCAA Divisions I, II, and III, NAIA, and NJCAA.   The rankings utilize a point system based on NCAA time standards, predicted qualifying times and percentile rankings from the past four season.  (Read More at our Point FAQ.)
