New Jersey Institute of Technology junior Brian Capozzola (Toms River, N.J.) has been named the CCSA Men’s Swimmer of the Week for meets contested Dec. 8-14, the Conference office announced Tuesday.
Capozzola led the Highlanders against Montclair State, finishing first in the 50 freestyle with a time of 20.95 and again in the 100 freestyle with a time of 46.41. Both times were MSU Panzer Pool records. Capozzola’s wins led NJIT to a 142.5-89.5 victory on Saturday.
