The University of San Diego women and Grand Canyon men lead the first Endless Pools/CollegeSwimming.com Division II Top Twenty Five for the 2012-13 season. The Antelope's 133-128 win over Arizona State was not only the team's most significant win against a Division I opponent, but it was also the top performance among all Division II teams this season. UCSD's 238-61 win over 11th-ranked Claremont-Mudd-Scripps wasn't the nail-biter that the GCU-Arizona State meet produced, but the Tritons swims were enough to put them atop the rankings.
The rankings reflect each team's best performance meets swum over the past three weeks (October 8-28) meaning UCSD has an opportunity to improve on its performances against Division I UC-Santa Barbara. Meanwhile, GCU will have to wait to see if its score will hold up for a second week. The Antelopes are back in action November 10th when they host Soka University.
