This week, with July 1st looming, CollegeSwimming.com brings out the gradebook for the Class of 2011.    Coaches were asked to grade each class in relation to their fellow conference competitors with their grades weighted for consistency. Teams with input from fewer than three coaches were given an "incomplete".
