Kutztown Invite - Day One
SALISBURY
The Salisbury University men's and women's swim teams hit the road this weekend to compete in the Golden Bear Invitational, hosted by Kutztown University. It marks the first and only invitational the Sea Gulls will be swimming in this year.
The men's team remained competitive through all 36 events on the day, racking up 220 points. The maroon and gold are currently comfortably in third place, and only 65 points short of Montclair State. The women's team earned 99 points on the day, enough for fifth place through day one of competition.
The maroon and gold will swim tomorrow in the second and final day of the Golden Bear Invitational. A complete press release, as well as complete results, will be available tomorrow evening.
