CSCAA Unveils Suit Survey

Phoenix, AZ , May 5th, 2009
A week after receiving unprecedented input on the topic of championship meet formats, the College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) is now tackling the issue of technical suits.

Over 350 coaches and administrators responded to the CSCAA's survey regarding championship meets.  The results, which are expected to be released in coming weeks, produced over forty pages of comments, many strongly worded.

Now the CSCAA is soliciting coaches' opinions on technical suits.  Member coaches were provided with a link to the survey along with password today.

Together, the results aim to give coaches a voice in these two hotbutton issues.  Additionally, coaches are being encouraged to attend the upcoming CSCAA Convention in order to become involved in the decision-making process.

To assist in this regard, the association is offering members a discount on clinic registration.  The decision will enable a head coach with a paid registration to bring along an assistant, or additional head coach for free.
