-Her time of 22.75 is the current fastest time in the SEC
-Her 100-free time of 50.56 is the current fourth fastst time in the league
-Recorded wins in all four of the sprint events she competed in for the week and anchored all four of UK's winning relays

 

Female Diver of the Week
Rachel Ware, So.

Richmond, Texas

-Won the one-meter in LSU's wins over Alabama and Vanderbilt last Friday
-Finished second in the three-meter with a score of 283.25
-Helped the Tigers post a 173-127 victory over Alabama and a 240-49 victory over Vanderbilt
-Ware is currently second on the one-meter and eighth on the three-meter in the SEC

 

Female Freshman of the Week

Largo, Fla.

-Captured first-place finishes in all three events she competed in against Clemson
-Her 1000 free time of 10:03.95 currently ranks tenth and her 500 free time of 4:55.89 is 11th in the SEC
-She has captured the the 500 and 200 free events in three of four meets this season

-Helped lead Tennessee to a 170-127 win over defending national champion Auburn
-Won the 100 free in 43.62 and the 200 free in 1:36.40 to now lead the league in those events
-Was a member of the winning 400 free relay that clocked a time of 2:56.23
-Swam a 42.79 100-yard split, a personal best
-His 100- and 200-free times met NCAA B qualifying standards

-Won both boards against LSU with scores of 348.75 on the one-meter and 408.05 on the three-met
-Turned in the league's top scores from this past weekend.
-Is ranked second in the SEC off the three-meter board and third off the one meter board.
