of the Week

- Led Georgia to victories against in-state rival Georgia Tech and No. 2 Stanford
 
- In the win over Stanford, she won the 100- and 200-yard backstroke races and took third in the 200 IM with a time of 2:03.81
 
- Her 200 back time of 1:56.06 was an NCAA “A” cut time and is tops in the SEC
 
- Led off the 200 medley relay that recorded a time of 1:42.12 against Stanford, second fastest in the SEC this season
 
- Her 100 back time of 54.63 is first in the SEC
 
 
Female Diver of the Week
Vicky Linnell, Sr.
Tennessee
Prospect, S. Australia
 
- Won the three-meter against Auburn with a score of 328.95
 
- Finished second on the one-meter against Auburn with a score of 296.63
 
- Her three-meter score was a personal best and it marked her first win of the season
 
- Her score from the three-meter makes her the fourth top-performer in school history and is the sixth-best score by a Lady Vol in the event

of the Week
Melanie Roberts

- Helped Auburn to a 201-146 win over No. 12 Tennessee after swimming “B” cut times in three of the four individual events she competed in
 
- Won the 200 breast with a time of 2:16.11, good enough for fourth best in the SEC
 
- Finished second in the 100 breast (1:03.54) and in the 200 IM (2:03.26)
 
- Her 100 breast time is currently 8th in the league, while her 200 IM time is fifth
 
- Also swam on two relays, winning the 400 medley with a “B” cut time of 3:42.50, second best in the SEC

- His 100 breast time of 55.78 ranks second in the SEC and his 200 breast time of 2:01.03 is his second best time of the year

- Owns the top two times of all Florida breaststrokers this season
 
- His relay split time of 54.89 was the fastest 100 breast of his career

- Led Georgia to a 134-104 win over in-state rival Georgia Tech
 
- Won the one-meter board with 389.17 points
 
- Won the three-meter board with 412.94 points
 
- Remains undefeated this season on both boards at 8-0

-  Won both the one-meter and three-meter boards in dual meet against Florida
 
- Tallied a zone-diving qualifying mark of 343.73 on the one-meter which currently ranks him eighth in the SEC
 
- Recorded a score of 292.05 on the three-meter which also qualifies him for zones
 
- Has extended his streak of placing second or higher in every event this season, covering four meets
