.: Denison Tabs Ulrich as Assistant

Denison University head men's and women's swimming coach Gregg Parini is pleased to announce the hiring of Kristy Ulrich as the new assistant coach of the Denison men's and women's swimming program.
Ulrich is a 2005 graduate of Xavier University and has served as a graduate assistant at the University of Michigan for the last two years. She recently earned her masters degree in social work from The University of Michigan and helped guide the Wolverines to a second-place finish in the Big Ten and a seventh place finish at the 2007 NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships. In addition to her work at the University of Michigan, she has also coached Club Wolverine, the University of Michigan Swim Camp and the University of North Carolina Swim Camp.
Ulrich earned a bachelors degree in psychology from Xavier and was a four-year member of the Musketeer swim team. While at Xavier, Ulrich was a consistent scorer at the Atlantic 10 conference championships and was a Dean's List student.
