Both the men’s and women’s teams from Ouachita Baptist University defeated archrival Henderson State University in a duel meet on Friday night at the Henderson State pool. The OBU women led by Sarah and Rachel Watson easily won the meet 154-108, while the men led by freshman Radu Badalac and some great supporting swims beat the HSU Reddies 164-135. Coach Jim Dann said “We beat a strong HSU team tonight. They have some excellent swimmers and they swam well. We have an inexperienced team, but the new freshmen came through and showed us that we can have confidence in them to step up in pressure situations.”  The Tigersharks next meet will come next week at the HSU Invitational on Friday and Saturday
