.: Finn Honored By Horizon League

Sophomore Molly Finn of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee women's swimming team has been named this week's Horizon League Women's Swimmer of the Week, the league office announced Tuesday. Finn played a key role in the Panthers dual victory against Wheaton Friday.She won two individual events and also helped the 400 freestyle relay teamto a victory. She claimed victories in both the 200 butterfly (2:10.26) and200 IM (2:11.54), giving her four victories in six races on the season. This marks the third swimmer of the week award for Finn in her Panthercareer, after earning two as a freshman last season. It is also the thirdleague honor of the season for the UWM women. Senior Lindsay Caldwell(Swimmer of the Week Oct. 18) and senior Emily Duesler (Diver of the WeekOct. 24) have also been recipients of Horizon League honors this season. The women are off this week, continuing their schedule with a dual meet atValparaiso November 11.
