.: William Smith College Takes 2nd at Skidmore Invite

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. , February 7th, 2006

The William Smith swimming and diving team finished second out of three teams at the Skidmore Sprint Invitational.

Senior diver Sarah Costanza won both the 1-meter and 3-meter events, posting an NCAA Championship qualifying score on the latter (261.8).

Junior Charlotte McIntosh was victorious in the 200-yard freestyle relay with a time of 2:06.03. She also swam a leg on the winning 200 free relay (1:45.68) along with senior Kate Feller, sophomore Meghan Mosher, and first-year Lynn Cutter.

William Smith is back in action Feb. 15-18, in the New York State Women’s Collegiate Athletic Association Championships in Syracuse
