.: Central Washington Selected to Host Club Championships

Central Washington University Swim Team will host the Second Annual ASA U. Western Regional Championships for collegiate club swimming teams on February 10-11, 2007 at the CWU Aquatics Center in Ellensburg, Washington. ASA U. Western Regional Championships is the first meet in the 2006-2007 ASA U. Championship Series for collegiate club swimming teams. 2006-2007

ASA U. Championship meets culminate with  the Third Annual ASA University League National Championships in Charlottesville, Virginia on April 14-15, 2007 at the University of Virginia Aquatics and Fitness Center's state-of-the-art natatorium. The American Swimming Association University League is an association of student-run swim clubs from colleges and universities across the United States that enjoy the sport of swimming in a friendly, competitive environment.  ASA U. was founded in response to the elimination of so many collegiate varsity swimming teams across the country.  For more information and to join, please visit the "University" link on
