Swimmers at ASA U. Nationals enjoyed taking advantage of the American Swimming Association's progressive rule-book that allows for non-traditional events such as the 25's and features stroke rules that allow starting from the blocks on backstroke, flip-turns in all strokes, and let teams strategically select their own stroke order on medley relays. These innovations added a new level of excitement and fun to the weekend's competition.
The American Swimming Association University League is an association of student-run swim clubs from colleges and universities across the United States that enjoy the sport of swimming in a friendly, competitive environment.
