"Rob Tiernan's pool record was one of the best swims he has had as a Buckeye and Nate King had the fastest time in the pool so far in the 200 IM. I'm proud of the way the guys continue to compete and the way they have worked together this fall. Every time they swim they find a way to win. It was a very good team effort."

"We got to move people around and swim different events than what they normally swim," Jeanne Fleck, women's swimming coach, said. "It gave the kids a chance to win in other events. Nicole's swim in the 200 IM was a lifetime best. She has never gone that fast. Gulsah's 200 free was a very good swim for her. I think the team was excited because they got the opportunity to swim `off' events."
