.: North Dakota Leads Division II Rankings

Somers, WI , December 8th, 2004

The Fighting Sioux of North Dakota might not have a PC-friendly name, but they do have the top spots of the latest CollegeSwimming.com Division II rankings. With the NCAA's first top-times list out this week, the Sioux led a field of 18 men's and 16 women's programs.

Rankings are based on each team's best dual meet lineup as submitted by participating teams. Rankings are announced four times throughout the season with the next reporting deadlines set for January 24 (Winter), and March 1 (post-conference). New teams may continue to submit and be added to the rankings. Entries should be submitted to Joe Fanthrop of Truman State University.
